Amending Founding Documents

As a business grows, its founding documents regularly need updating: a new director, a different legal address, a change in the membership structure, or new business activities. All such changes have to be registered with the justice authorities. Skip that step, and your deals, banking operations, and dealings with government agencies can end up in question. We handle the changes quickly and without rejections.

We prepare the complete set of documents, including members' decisions and minutes, plus a new version of the charter or the amendments to it, and file everything for registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
